The Life Care Planning Law Firms Association (LCPLFA) cordially invites you to participate as a sponsor at our annual conference to be held February 10 – 12, 2027, at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa.

The mission of the LCPLFA is to develop life care planning as a holistic legal practice which anticipates and provides legal and care advocacy services to the firm’s clients as their circumstances and health care needs change. Members are committed to helping clients and their families navigate the long-term and health care system and advocate for good care during their loved one's journey through the elder care continuum.

LCPLFA attendees at the conference represent law firms from around the United States and will include attorneys, care managers, nurses, social workers, and office managers—all decision makers representing a multi-disciplinary approach to practicing law. Historically this event attracts 80 – 150 attendees.  We welcomed 150 attendees in 2025, and 130 attendees in 2026.

To make this experience valuable for you, the exhibits will be in an area to provide you with excellent access to interact with conference participants. In addition, there is time in the program each day for participants to visit the exhibits.

Thursday, February 11, 2027    10:00 am – 4:15 pm
Friday, February 12, 2027         8:30 am – 2:15 pm

Sponsorship Package  - $1,500
