LCPLFA has received an extensive report from TradeWinds Resort management regarding hurricane damage and ongoing work to reopen.The TradeWinds Resort expects to be fully operational by our conference in February 2025.
The TradeWinds Resort is taking LCPLFA group reservations by calling 800-808-9833.
**The TradeWinds Resort is in the process of upgrading their online registration system and therefore an online booking option will not be available between December 6 and approximately December 18, 2025**
During this down time, reservations can be made by calling the TradeWinds group reservations team at 1-800-808-9833 or by sending an email request to [email protected]

When checking availability/booking your room on the reservation link, please remember to adjust the check-in/check-out dates to your desired arrival/departure. If it is showing unavailable, it could be because the hotel does not have availability on the pre/post dates, but there is still availability over the main conference dates. You may also call the hotel directly and ask for group reservations at 1-800-808-9833.
Also, please note the group rate for Standard Hotel Rooms/Run of House is $299.00 and will show on your confirmation and folio broken down as (ex: Net Rate of $244.00 + Resort Fee of $55.00 totaling the room rate of $299.00) The same will be true for the upgraded rooms - it will back out the $55.00 resort fee from the room rate.
