Registration & Fees

The program is for attorneys only. The registration fee of $899 includes lunch on Thursday and program materials, including the Life Care Plan System Documents in electronic format. A hard copy is available for an additional $75.00. Seating is limited to the first 15 registrants. Registrations are taken on a first-come-first-paid basis.
